ASSISTANT TEACHER

Private school with excellent reputation is looking for enthusiastic, creative, energetic and committed Assistant Teachers. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn a new and innovative method of teaching. We are looking for someone who loves children, is a self-starter, responsible, punctual, tidy, a team player and someone who can support the group teacher effectively. You must understand the needs of children in this age group and know how to keep their environment clean. We are offering full time and part time positions.

General Teacher Assistant duties.

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet following criteria.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years working with specified age group,
Bachelors in Early Childhood Education a ++
Childhood Development Associates Diploma (CDA) or Associates in ECE (preferred)

Requirements:
Completed SCR Background Clearance
DOI Fingerprint Clearance
First Aid/CPR Certified for Infant/Toddler
Mandated Reporter Certification
Certification in- SIDS, Shaken Baby Syndrome, Infectious Disease Control, Lead Poison Prevention
3 Recommendations (At least 1 from a previous employer)
Bilingual in Spanish a ++
