INFANT/TODDLER TEACHER

We are seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team.  A good fit for this position is someone who excercises extreme patience,with a loving nurturing calm personality.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and implementing daily lesson plans in accordance with center curriculum, monthly newsletters.
  • Excellent and effective communications to interact with parents in a professional manner.
  • Participate in center activities and events.
  • Assist children with their personal needs.
  • Responsible for maintaining a structure, educational, safe, nurturing and clean environment.
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings.
  • Adhere to NYSOCFS regulations.

Qualifications:

TO QUALIFY YOU MUST HAVE:

Associate’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field

OR 

Child Development Associate Credential

OR 

9 College Credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field with a plan of study leading to CDA , Associates Degree or Bachelor Degree
