Leading Learning Spaces for All Learners

Early childhood leaders are called to support all children in their setting, even though at times we may not feel certain how to reach every child in our care. Join us for an evening of conversation with a panel of leaders who will share their experiences, strategies and reflections in supporting the diverse learning needs of all children. During this panel, we'll discuss:

  • The challenges of leading inclusive spaces for children of many different learning styles.
  • Approaches that have been successful in supporting children and families.
  • Strategies to supporting staff teams of varying levels of confidence and expertise.
  • Our "whys" - why we chose this work and what keeps us motivated.

Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on a new idea to try out in their practice and be inspired by the stories of our panelists. We hope you can join us for this evening of reflection and insightful perspectives.
